Yardbarker goes to the Super Bowl!
Things have been busy here in the Yard. Yesterday we unveiled improvements to the site, and today we're here to tell you that we've rented a Winnebago and will be road-tripping to Super Bowl XLII. The house on wheels departs San Francisco on Monday. 14 hours later we'll be in Arizona. We even found enough change in our couch cushions to rent a house with a pool. We've been invited to at least one great party. Our own. Tuesday in Tempe at Hooters. Marshawn Lynch will be there. No word yet on whether or not he prefers Hooters over Applebee's. Dontrelle Willis and Donovan McNabb will also be there, and we'll be in paparazzi mode all week. Spy on us here (www.yardbarker.com/users/yardbarker). We have other parties in our crosshairs -- Leather and Laces! -- and if they won't let us in, we'll play it like Jack Bauer and bust in through the back. We're good at getting into places where we're not wanted (e.g. family reunions). About a half-dozen of us are going, and nearly all of us know how to read and write. The rest of us spend our days downloading pictures of Tom Brady. He's so dreamy. But we love you even more than Tom -- truth is, he won't return our calls -- so expect a lot of attention from us next week: posts, photos and even some video. We'll also be giving away some free video games in the Yard. Good ones, too. Not the crappy ones you find in the discount bin. - Dewey
