All-Star campaign: Baron and Melo in '08!
Let's make it our mission to get Carmelo Anthony and Baron Davis voted in as starters for the 2008 NBA All-Star game in New Orleans. The competition is stiff, and we'd love your support for bloggers Baron and Melo. Each makes an effort to reach out to fans through their blogs, and our support now is a way of showing thanks.
More importantly, they've earned it.
Carmelo is a top-five scorer in the NBA. He also has the Nuggets gunning for an NBA title, which would be a franchise first. Baron has more points, boards and steals than Steve Nash. When the pair met earlier this year, Baron outplayed Nash on both ends of the floor, scoring 28 points, dishing out 10 assists and giving up five fewer turnovers en route to a 15-point victory.
Vote once per day on NBA.com until voting ends in mid-January. Follow the link below to show your support and vote for bloggers Baron and Melo. We all deserve to watch Baron and Melo run the show for the Western Conference All-Star team, and they both deserve to be there.

Start the write in campaign for the big man GO while were at it.

Been voting for both of them ever since the ballot came out, barons probably got stiffer competition (Kobe, Tmac, A.I, Nash) but he's definately a huge fan favourite. and Melo's at the top of the alphabetical list so I think that helps his chances.

I watched the Lakers/Warriors game the other night, and Baron shut down Kobe head to head. The one time I saw Baron get beat to the hoop, he came back and stuffed Kobe's shot. Dude is on fire this year.
I'll be voting for Rudy Gay, too. -
Raymond Felton needs to be voted in also!

In addition to getting Baron Davis in the all star game, we should make sure he does the dunk contest. He can use Kirilenko as a prop in every round.

It's cause they play for highly paid teams. I'm a Nugget fan all the way, and I'm doing my part to vote in the Nugget 4 from the ballot to the all star game. Nene, A.I., Melo, Camby!

i understand mcgrady but seriously, calling nash girly? dude gets injured almost every game and still plays...
