Top-five Tyreek Hill moments for 'International Cheetah Day'

In honor of International Cheetah Day (December 4) we celebrate Miami's Tyreek Hill (aka "The Cheetah") as he looks to become the NFL's first wide receiver to reach 2,000 yards in a single season.

Hill didn’t exactly hit the ground running as a pass-catcher in his rookie season, but he showcased his skills as a kick returner in an early game against the Texans.

Hill hit 23.24 mph on the 105-yard return, the fastest speed ever recorded for an NFL player. Unfortunately, the play was called back on a holding penalty and the Chiefs went on to lose the game 19-12.

For most NFL receivers, 203 yards in a single game is an unreachable number. Hill didn’t just do it in Week 12 against Tom Brady’s Buccaneers, he did it in the first quarter.

Granted, he didn't stick the landing. Hill finished the day with 269 yards and three touchdowns in a game the Chiefs would win 27-24.

Facing third and 15 and down by 10 to San Francisco in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl LIV, quarterback Patrick Mahomes hit Hill with a 44-yard pass with seven minutes left in the game.

After the play, the Chiefs went on a 21-0 run to win their first Super Bowl championship in 50 years.

After Hill used a cameraman’s phone to celebrate a touchdown against the Panthers in Week 6, the NFL suspended the cameraman and revoked his credentials for the rest of the season.

Hill recently vowed to pay the man’s salary for the rest of the year. It's nice to see Hill taking care of business off the field as well.

On the surface, Hill’s seven-yard reception against the Patriots in Week 8 seemed rather ordinary. But with the grab, Hill reached the 1,000-yard receiving mark faster than any wide receiver in the Super Bowl era.

Thirteen weeks into the NFL season, Hill leads all receivers with 1,481 yards. He'll get to add to that total against the Titans next week on "Monday Night Football."
